Steps to Lactation Support

We are partnered with The Lactation Network for insurance billing! This means that majority of major insurances will be covered 100% for telehealth and office visits. Please note we will charge for home visit fee $30, mileage outside of 45mile radius of Palouse, WA $1/mile, and $65 per twin/mutliple.

Tricare, Cigna, and Healthshares are billed separately and have different links. We accept major credit cards, HSA, cash or check.

3. Once your visit is scheduled and confirmed we will be in contact with our charting system and service agreement/HIPPA forms.

4. We meet! For home visits please don’t worry about the state of your home. For telehealth visits, it is helpful to have a second support person to hold the camera while you feed and to assist in getting items during the visit.

5. After your visit you will receive an Estimation of Benefits (EOB) this is not your bill rather evidence of your insurance negotiating with our partners for best price. If you are self pay, upon request you will receive a superbill/invoice.
