Welcome to Blomma Momma

Holistic wellness support for motherhood, birth, lactation, postpartum, and beyond

I am here to empower you on your journey through motherhood from birth to the toddler years.

I am here to encourage and provide resources to empower confidence to reach your goals and find balance.

If you are overwhelmed with so much information, or struggling to find the right answers for your situation I can be a part of your team!

Lactation consultants and doulas are like the secret sauce to a good recipe, we don’t change the players involved (your team of doctors, midwives, chiropractors, etc.) Rather, we add to them and provide support that ties the whole team together creating a positive experience.

I feel honored and humbled to be a part of your space in this time of life, motherhood.
